About the seminar:

The seminar will provide insights into theoretical, methodological and policy issues in European and Nordic company and financial market law due to Europeanisation and globalisation of national company laws in the Nordic and European countries during the last 50 years.

The seminar is open for PhD students from the Nordic countries. PhD students from other countries, as well as other interested scholars, including master students, and practitioners, may participate to the extent that there is room.
