ECMI CALL FOR PAPERS: Deadline Extension

ECMI – in partnership with CEPS – is calling for submission of research papers in the areas of fixed income markets and infrastructure investment. A committee of academics and international experts will select the best paper and award the author(s) a €5,000 prize and the opportunity to present the findings at the 2019 ECMI Annual Conference in Brussels on 6 November 2019. The submission deadline has been extended to the 6th of September 2019. 

Research papers should cover, but are not limited to, one or more of the following topics:

  • Capital markets (development, integration and financial stability)
  • Impact of monetary policies on capital markets
  • Corporate bonds markets (pricing, trading and efficiency)
  • Sovereign debt markets (issuance, liquidity provisions, transaction costs, price formation)
  • Risks and vulnerabilities in fixed income markets
  • Regulation and its impact on corporate and sovereign debt securities markets
  • Private infrastructure finance and investment
  • Sustainable finance (asset allocation by retail and institutional investors)
